Motley Crue Albuquerque Concert reviews
Crue Yes, Allegiant No
The show was great! All of the bands were awesome, and Brett Michaels especially put on a tremendous show for the fans! Allegiant Stadium, however, needs to improve some things. Attendees like me with floor seats weren't aware that we couldn't get to our seats from inside. An usher told us we needed wrist bands but didn't give clear instructions on where to get them, so I found and asked another employee where to go, and they said to go back outside. By the time we found the wrist band line, waited in it, walked halfway around the stadium to the floor seating entrance, waited in line again for entry and finally got to our seats, Joan Jett was already a couple songs into her set. And we arrived an hour before the show started. Getting through the line to get our tickets scanned and get into the building in the first place was also bad. The lines were 30-45 minutes long, and it might have been a lot better if there were not only more entrances open, but if the entrances were also designated for floor, club and different seating types with a sign or someone to give instructions where to go as we entered. We also noticed that concession prices at Allegiant Stadium have increased significantly since we were there a year ago. It's too bad that there were issues like that, since the stadium is so beautiful.
